The Association of Swiss Private Banks initiates today a string of videos, that will be uploaded over the months and will present the private banking professions through the specialists who practice them : analysts, client advisors, economists or traders. The intention is to provide a behind-the-scene look at these activities, that are too little known, yet essential to the economy.

In a letter to the Financial Times, following the publication of an article announcing the decline of the Swiss private banks, Yves Mirabaud explains that the latter are quite well and intend to stay so for many years. He suggests that the UK and Switzerland stand together against their main competitor, the USA.
