On November 17, 2021, the Federal Department of Finance opened a consultation on the extension of the measure to protect the Swiss stock exchange infrastructure. The ASPB supports the extension of the solution found by the Federal Council in 2019 and its transfer into the Financial Market Infrastructure Act. However, the ultimate goal remains the restoration of stock exchange equivalence by the European Union. |
