Extension of the AEOI with 12 new countries

The ASPB is in favour of the exension to the automatic exchange of information (AEOI) to 12 new countries and territories from next year, but three conditions will have to be met before data can be sent for the first time: each country must be prepared to practise the AEOI and to guarantee the security of data it will receive, and manifest its interest in receiving data from Switzerland.

Cross border worker and teleworking

In the « Tribune de Genève », the President of the ASPB insists on the necessity to find a long term solution for cross border workers in Geneva, in order to avoid for their employers to be submitted to French fiscal obligations from the first teleworking day, what conducts the employers to refuse teleworking to their employees. In « Bilan », the director of the ASPB also develops the consequences of the teleworking on the municipalities.
